I know many Marketing Executives, especially newer business builders, who think, “I don’t have a story yet” or “My story isn’t impressive enough to share.” That’s just not true. DOUBLE ADVANCEMENT OR PACESETTER BONUS FOR NEW DIRECTOR 2

Promotion Period: 1–30 November 2025

Marketing Executives who enroll four (4) new Members and advance to Director 2 status for the first time in November 2025 will earn DOUBLE their One Time Advancement or Pacesetter Bonus.

Advancing Marketing Executive Requirements: 1. Must be from the Philippines. 2. Must enroll a minimum of four (4) new Members in November 2025. 3. Must be a first time Advancement this month. 4. Must maintain newly Advanced Commission Rate for three (3) consecutive months with NO Back up Orders.

Payout & Other Information: 1. The doubled Bonus will be reflected in the January 2026 Business Report and paid on February 15, 2026, after maintaining Commission Rate Status of Director or above for three (3) consecutive months. 2. Marketing Executives should watch the Foundations video within their first three (3) months upon enrollment to qualify for the Pacesetter Bonus.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS: Since its beginning, Melaleuca has operated on the premise that the only viable business model is to have real customers, who purchase products simply because they prefer them over alternative products in the marketplace, rather than because of some financial incentive or involvement with some type of “financial scheme.” This is a matter of ethics, good business principles, and common sense. Melaleuca only wants ‘real customers buying real products because they really want them.’ Operating a Melaleuca business on any other premise is a violation of Melaleuca’s policies. In addition to the terms & conditions above, please take note of the requirements below: • Only real customers are counted under the qualification requirements. They must purchase and pay for their own products . • They also cannot be enticed to enroll simply to help someone win the trip incentive. It is ok to tell someone you are trying to qualify for a contest and use that as a sense of urgency to get someone to sit down and listen to an Overview. It is not ok to use the contest to twist someone’s arm into enrolling, and absolutely not ok to tell them you only need them to enroll for two (2) months and then they can cancel. We want to make it clear that Marketing Executives who misuse the Trip Incentive in that way will be disqualified and risk termination of their Melaleuca business. • Marketing Executives that have a high cancellation rate at the end of the Year End Challenge will be audited and disqualified at the company’s total discretion if it is determined that customers enrolled only to help someone win the challenge and cancelled because the Year End Challenge period was over. • Melaleuca reserves the right to audit any business and deny qualifications to those businesses that it suspects of violating this principle. Interpretations as to whether a Marketing Executive has violated this policy are entirely at Melaleuca’s discretion. • Melaleuca will do its best to do a fair and honest review of the situation. However, Melaleuca’s decision as to whether a participant qualifies for the Incentive will be final. Winners will not be finalized until it can be verified to Melaleuca’s satisfaction that all customers counted as part of the qualification requirements were actually real customers.

2. Enrollment and Member dates must be in the same month. 3. Must shop monthly at least ₱2,900 or more for two (2) consecutive months with NO Backup Orders. Year End Challenge Prize Details: 1. The Year End Challenge Prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. Marketing Executives will receive the prize corresponding to the tier they qualified for. Only one (1) prize will be awarded per individual, and prizes do not accumulate. 2. The trip includes activities, meals, twin-sharing accommodation, airfare, and travel insurance. The departure point will be determined by Melaleuca and all travel will be covered starting at the departure point. 3. Qualifiers are responsible for obtaining valid individual travel documents. 4. Qualification for the trip applies solely to the Marketing Executive and their legal spouse (if applicable). Requests for additional individuals to participate will not be accommodated, as this is a business event. 5. All qualifiers must be Active Members in good standing. To maintain good standing, Marketing Executives must comply with Melaleuca’s Statement of Policies. Melaleuca reserves the right to take corrective action under Policy 43 of its Statement of Policies, which may include disqualification or forfeiture of rewards, and/or imposition of fines.

MATCHING MENTORING BONUS

Promotion Period: 1 May – 31 December 2025

Help your personal Marketing Executives advance from Director to Senior Director in November 2025 and get a matching Mentoring Bonus!

Marketing Executive Requirements: 1. Must be from the Philippines. 2. Must be a new advancement of Director – Senior Director up to December 31, 2025. 3. Must maintain the newly advance commission rate or higher for three (3) consecutive months with NO Backup Orders. Enroller/Mentor Requirements: 1. Can be from any Melaleuca Market. 2. Must meet the requirements of Mentoring Bonus (same or higher Commission Rate from the Personal advancing). 3. Must develop a Philippine Director – Senior Director by December 31, 2025.

Payout & Other Information: 1. The standard Mentoring Bonus will be paid based on the compensation plan schedule. 2. For newly developed Director 6 or Senior Director, the Enroller will receive a matching Mentoring Bonus including the ₱36,000 Director 6 Milestone or ₱125,000 Senior Director Challenge Bonus. 3. The Matching Bonus, Director 6 Milestone, and Road to Senior Director Bonus will be received when the new personal advancing Marketing Executive maintains the new status Commission Rate for three (3) consecutive months with NO Backup Order.
