FIRST, COMPLETE AN APPLICATION After you’ve found your ideal course on our website, complete an application online - www.cityplym.ac.uk/courses . If you’d prefer a paper form, or if you’re having trouble with your application, just contact our friendly Customer Services team on 01752 305300 .
NEXT … WE’LL GET IN TOUCH Once we’ve received your application, a member of our Admissions team will contact you to confirm receipt of your application and, if applicable for your course, arrange an interview with the course tutor. You may also be asked to complete a brief online assessment, and/or provide certificates for courses you’ve completed in the past so that we can place you in the right class. THEN WE’LL ENROL YOU ONTO YOUR COURSE Before the start of your course, you’ll receive a link to complete your online enrolment, where you will have the opportunity to pay course fees if there are any. You will also receive details like the date, time and location of your first day. Once your enrolment has been confirmed, you’re ready to start! If you have any questions at this stage, please reach out to our Admin Hub team who will be happy to assist you, either by email at adminhub@cityplym.ac.uk , or by phone on 01752 305835 .
