In this online workshop, you will learn how you can use project estimation, a work breakdown structure (WBS), and earned value management (EVM) metrics to control and manage ICT projects. During these sessions, you will have an opportunity to create customized documents and templates to use for your ICT projects once the workshop is over. Fiber to the X: FttX PON 29 Aug 2024 | 5 Sept 2024 | 12 Sept 2024 4-6 p.m. Eastern The training program will address this primary aspect of fundamentally understanding how to build a passive optical network (PON) and how it differs from the conventional fiber ethernet network. This program invariably will also help address all fundamental doubts and help structure your understanding of the subject to help design, install, test, and restore a PON. RCDD Online Study Group 8 Oct 2024 | 15 Oct 2024 | 22 Oct 2024 4-6 p.m. Eastern This weekly live meeting will help you get a better grasp of exam topics related to the Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (TDMM) , 15th edition, and the RCDD credentialing exam. Each meeting is led by a BICSI training delivery specialist who holds the RCDD credential and teaches distribution design classes.
