NOTES: » This system should not float; it must be attached securely to framing system. » With wood framing, all cut ends should be coated to preserve ends. Refer to local building supplier for what can be used. » When using screws to attach decking to framing, use two screws per every joist. » For added protection to wood framing, use Trex®Protect® Joist and Beam Tape on the top of joists, rim joists, and ledger boards.
