BYLAWS All classes of Membership shall remain within the limits as prescribed above. The categories of Resident Members and Special Resident Members shall each be further limited to not more than 15 persons in the active employment of one company. Section 11. Proposals for Membership. All proposals for Membership shall be by written application made by the candidate for membership and signed by the proposing Member (“Primary Sponsor”) and endorsed by letters from three other Members (“Secondary Sponsors”), who must be personally acquainted with the candidate (except in the case of candidates for Honorary for Life Membership, in which case the Primary and Secondary Sponsors need not be personally acquainted with the candidate). In order to serve as a Primary or Secondary Sponsor for a candidate for membership in the Club, a Primary or Secondary Sponsor (a) must be a Member Eligible to Vote, and (b) must have been a Member in good standing for at least three years; provided, however, two of the three Seconding Sponsors for a Special Resident Membership may be Special Resident Members who have been Members in good standing for at least three years. No Member may serve as a Primary or Secondary Sponsor for a candidate: (a) During the period the Member serves on the Board of Directors or the Membership Committee; (b) If such would result in the Member sponsoring (either as a Primary or a Secondary Sponsor) more than three candidates at the same time; (c) If the Member is employed by the same company as the candidate or is on the Board of Directors of the candidate’s company; or (d) If the Member is in a close family relationship with the candidate, as defined in the Membership Rules. Section 12. Procedure for Election of Members. All proposals for membership shall be delivered to the Chair of the Membership Committee when the proposal is completed. The Chair of the Membership Committee shall keep such waiting lists showing the name, residence, and occupation of the candidate, the name of his or her Primary Sponsor, and the names of his or her Secondary Sponsors. As vacancies occur, the names of those candidates who have been approved by the Membership Committee shall be submitted by the Chair of the Membership Committee to the Board of Directors for approval for posting. The names of those candidates that are approved for posting shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the Clubhouse and/or the Club’s website for at least ten days, after
