CHERRY HILLS COUNTRY CLUB which time such names shall be eligible to be voted upon for membership by the Board of Directors, whose proceedings thereon shall be confidential and final. At least two members of the Board of Directors shall be personally acquainted with every candidate (except in the case of candidates for Honorary for Life Membership). The vote shall be by secret ballot, and any candidate receiving two negative votes shall be rejected from membership and shall be precluded from applying for membership of the Club at any time thereafter. The initiation fee payable by the new Member shall be in the amount in effect on the date his or her application is approved by the Board of Directors. Section 13. Requirements for Proposal. No proposal shall be completed within the meaning of Section 11 of this Article unless and until each of the Primary and Secondary Sponsors of the candidate sends a letter of recommendation to the Secretary. Section 14. Membership Transfers. All transfers from one class of membership to another class of membership and reinstatements shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors in the same manner as an original proposal for membership. Section 15. Special Privileges and Limitations of Membership. Members (including Resident Members, Non-Resident Members, Special Resident Members, Resident Emeritus Members, Honorary Life Members, and Surviving Spouse Members) and their spouses shall have the usual privileges of Club membership, including the use of the golf course, subject to the Bylaws, House Rules, and Ground Rules prescribed herein. An unmarried child of a Member living at home, including any child who is under the age of 24, shall also have the usual privileges of Club membership, including the use of the golf course, subject to the Bylaws, House Rules, and Ground Rules prescribed herein and subject to such regulations as may be imposed by the Board of Directors. The privileges and use of the Club by unmarried children of Members shall automatically cease at the time of their marriage or upon reaching age 24, whichever comes first, and shall not thereafter be extended without approval of the Board of Directors. Section 16. Discipline. (a) A Member may be reprimanded, suspended, or expelled from the Club (whether such act is committed by the Member or any of the Member’s immediate family) for the following reasons: 1. Nonpayment of initiation fees, dues, assessments, or accounts, or any other violation of Article VII, Section 17.
