CHERRY HILLS COUNTRY CLUB Members who incur indebtedness to the Club while their credit is suspended shall automatically be suspended from all privileges from the Club until all their indebtedness is paid in full, subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph. Section 18. Resignations. Resignations shall be presented in writing to the Board of Directors and shall not take effect before the end of the month in which received. Resignation of Members shall take effect only when accepted by the Board of Directors. A resignation shall not be effective until all charges and indebtednesses, and initiation fees, dues, assessments, and other fees due to the Club have been paid in full. Upon resignation, the former Member shall remain obligated to pay any amounts due to the Club, including any remaining amounts with respect to any initiation fee or assessment to be paid in installments, unless otherwise determined by the Board. Section 19. Reinstatement. Members whose membership shall have been terminated for any cause, including non-payment of dues and accounts, may, for good cause shown to the Board of Directors, be reinstated by the Board of Directors at any time within three months after such expulsion or forfeiture upon payment by them of all indebtedness and dues, assessments, and other fees in arrears, and provided further that a vacancy in the Membership exists in the class in which he or she was a Member. A Member who shall have resigned in good standing may apply for reinstatement and such Member shall be considered by the Board of Directors for election to the classification for which he or she applies on a priority basis. If a former Member applies within one year of the effective date of his or her resignation, he or she shall pay all dues, assessments, or other fees that would have been required to be paid had he or she not previously resigned. If a former Member applies after one year and within three years of the effective date of his or her resignation, he or she shall pay either all the dues, assessments, or other fees that otherwise would have been paid had he or she not previously resigned or one-half of the current initiation fee for the category to which he or she has applied, at the discretion of the Board of Directors. If a former Member applies after three years from the effective date of his or her resignation, he or she shall then apply as a new applicant for membership and shall pay the full amount of the current initiation fee for the category to which he or she has applied. All requests for reinstatement must be reviewed by the Membership Committee and posted as provided above, and approved by the Board of Directors. Section 20. Notices to Members.
