BYLAWS fee to be paid by applicants for each membership classification. In addition, the Board of Directors shall determine, by two-thirds vote of those Directors in attendance at a Board meeting, whether the initiation fee as to any membership category may be paid in installments and if so, when such installments shall be due. A schedule showing the initiation fee applicable to each class of membership shall be published by the Club and made available to all Members. Upon the failure of any Member to pay his or her initiation fee, such Member shall, upon the request of the Board of Directors, resign and that membership in the Club shall be deemed to have terminated as of the date of the action of the Board of Directors. A Member shall have no right upon resignation or the termination of his or her membership for any reason to a refund of any part of his or her initiation fee, dues, assessments, or any other fees previously paid. Section 2. Monthly Dues. The Board of Directors shall determine, by two-thirds vote of those Directors in attendance at a Board meeting, the amount of the monthly dues to be paid by Members in each membership classification. A schedule showing the dues attributable to each class of membership shall be published by the Club and made available to all Members. Section 3. Remission of Dues. (a) The Board of Directors, in its sole discretion, may remit dues in favor of any Member upon request when a Member has been absent from the State for a period of six consecutive months and when such absence has been occasioned by the following circumstances: when a Member has been compelled to be out of the State on matters of business, or when the serious illness of a Member requires temporary residence outside of the State. No remission of dues shall be allowed for a period of less than six months, and such remission shall never be for more than one-half of the dues of the Member for the period to which the remission applies. Such remitted dues shall not be payable in cash, but shall only apply to the credit on the obligation of the Member for subsequent dues. (b) Special Resident Members who attend school or college as full-time students outside of the Denver area shall be required to pay only one-half of the regular dues provided in Section 2 of this Article during such time as they are in school and living away from home, provided they notify the Secretary in writing of any change in their status. (c) Any Member called to active duty in the armed forces of the Country may have
