BYLAWS Resident Guest shall not be introduced by the same Member more than twice in each calendar month. Section 2. Non-Resident Guests. (a) A Non-Resident Guest is defined as a person and his or her immediate family (spouse and children) none of whom resides within 70 air miles from the Club. (b) Any Member may introduce a Non-Resident Guest to use the facilities of the Club, provided that the use of such facilities shall be in accordance with and limited by compliance with these Bylaws, the House Rules, and Ground Rules as hereinafter more fully set forth. (c) Upon the request of any Member, a guest card may be issued by the Club, allowing a Non-Resident guest and the members of his or her immediate family to use all of the facilities of the Club, except for the golf facilities; provided, however, that a separate guest card shall be required for any children age eighteen or older who use the racquet sports or fitness or aquatics facilities of the Club. (d) A guest card shall be issued to each guest introduced by a Member. The Member introducing a guest shall be responsible for the conduct of such guest and the immediate members of his or her family and shall be liable for any debt or obligation incurred by the guest, including racquet sports, fitness, or aquatics fees, as are provided for in the Ground Rules of the Club. A guest card shall be valid for a period of four consecutive days. Guests shall pay the racquet sports, fitness, or aquatics fees currently being charged by the Club. (e) Guests of the Club and their families must comply at all times with the rules governing the use of all the various facilities of the Club, and the Board of Directors or Club management may revoke any guest card at any time for an intentional infraction of such rules and conduct. No guest shall be allowed to invite others as their guests. ARTICLE XI Land Certificates Section 1. Creation and Certain Terms Thereof. There is hereby authorized and created a class of securities of the Club designated as Land Certificates, not limited in amount or number except as hereinafter specified.
