CHERRY HILLS COUNTRY CLUB services furnished, and in order to facilitate the keeping of accounts, all indebtedness of Members shall be paid by personal bank checks. The Club will not accept business or corporate checks. HOUSE RULES
ARTICLE IV General Restrictions
1. Gratuities. Cherry Hills Country Club is a non-tipping club. Except for golf caddies (who are independent contractors), no Member or Guest shall give any gratuity whatsoever to any coworker of the Club. 2. No Member or Guest shall send any Clubhouse coworker out of the Club grounds. 3. Animals. Domesticated animals, except certified service dogs in the service of a member or guest, are not allowed on the Club grounds nor in the Clubhouse. Motor vehicles containing animals are not allowed to park or remain on the Club premises. 4. No subscriptions shall be solicited and no article shall be displayed for sale, nor shall any advertisement be displayed or circulated in the Clubhouse or upon the Club grounds without first obtaining permission of the COO or their designee. Usage of the Club’s name for any business purpose is specifically prohibited. The Club membership roster may not be used in any way for any solicitation or any business purpose. Notices shall not be posted upon the bulletin board nor shall any picture or decoration be placed in the Clubhouse without the authority of the COO or their designee. 5. Loud or profane language in or about the Clubhouse or grounds is expressly prohibited. 6. Personal property of the Club is not to be loaned to anyone. 7. The Club is not responsible for loss or damage to the personal property of Members, guests, or others, no matter how caused. The Club provides parking space for Members and their guests. No bailment is created and the Club will not be responsible for the safekeeping of the vehicles and the contents therein. 8. Unless previously approved by the Club, all food and beverage consumed in the Clubhouse and on all Club property must be purchased from the Club. 9. Children’s use of the Clubhouse is as follows:
