CHERRY HILLS COUNTRY CLUB Further, any reference to Cherry Hills Country Club (either in full or abbreviated as CHCC), or its members, activities, or practices, that is or might become accessible by the public is not permitted (i.e., hashtags, comments, posts, location check-ins, etc.). Any photographs or videos taken anywhere on Club property for publication or commercial purposes are not permitted without the Club’s express written consent. 13. If any property of the Club is damaged or destroyed by any Member or his or her guests, the amount of the loss caused thereby will be charged against such Member’s account. 14. Automobiles: Cars shall park within the lines designated. Members using valet parking must stay with their vehicle until the attendant arrives. Use of handicapped spaces is restricted to individuals with a handicap designation. Speed limit for all parking areas is 15 mph. 15. Liquor Service Policy: Appropriate alcohol service is a matter of importance to all Members of the Club who share a mutual desire that such service be consistent with proper decorum and the law. Therefore, the following liquor service policy has been established by the Board of Directors to benefit Members and staff, and to outline their respective responsibilities. The Club’s policy is to comply with the laws of the State of Colorado, as they pertain to the purchase, service and consumption of alcohol. Included is a policy of no service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21). Further, the Club’s policy is not to serve alcoholic beverages to a Member or guest who appears to be intoxicated. The Management will ensure that the service staff and others are trained in responsible alcohol service. If Management determines to cease service, it will be done in a diplomatic manner, either advising the Member directly, or if a guest, the host Member who shall be responsible for advising his or her guest. The Club’s policy is to support its staff in the implementation of this policy regarding alcohol service. The Club’s policy is that each Member must assume responsibility not only for him or herself, but also for his/her guests. Further, each Member is encouraged to complete with the spirit of this policy by assisting in the implementation insofar as fellow Members are concerned. No Member or guest shall be permitted to possess or store alcoholic beverages in his or her locker (with the exception of any Club-sponsored wine and/ or liquor program) or to possess or consume privately owned liquor, beer or ARTICLE IV [41]
