The Club’s policy is that the Members do not reprimand or abuse staff under circumstances where the staff’s judgment indicates alcohol service to an individual should cease. Any disciplinary action taken against a Member, which arises as a result of the Club’s policy on alcohol service, may be imposed in accordance with the Club’s Bylaws. 16.  Marijuana, in any form, may not be smoked, consumed, used, possessed, sold, or distributed in the Clubhouse or on the Club grounds, or at any Club event, at any time. ARTICLE V Locker Rooms 1. Assignment of Lockers. Following are the priority rules for assignment of lockers in the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms on the main level of the Clubhouse. Men’s Locker Room. A. Except as set forth below, only Resident, Resident Emeritus, and Honorary Life Members shall be permitted to reserve a locker based upon availability if not already assigned one. Appropriate charges for use of a locker shall be determined by the COO, as approved by the Board, and shall be added on an annual basis to the Member’s account for payment. B. For Resident, Resident Emeritus, and Honorary Life Members who do not have a locker, first priority reservations for such lockers shall be determined by the COO or his designee in accordance with the earliest year and month Members were accepted for membership to the Club under such status; and, in the instance of a Member returning to Resident or Resident Emeritus status, from the date of approval by the Board for return to such status. If, at the time a Member requests a locker, no full-sized locker is available, the Member will be offered a half-sized locker, and when a full-sized locker is available, such Member will be permitted a locker in accordance with the priority basis described above. C.  A Resident or Resident Emeritus Member who transfers his membership status (upon permission of the Board) to Non-Resident Member status shall relinquish his locker within 15 days of such change of membership status. Should such Member be later approved to return to Resident or Resident Emeritus Member status, he will be eligible to request a locker in accordance with the priority process set forth in B. above.
