Special Resident Members may share a locker with a Resident or Resident Emeritus Member upon such Member’s agreement and shall pay one-half of the locker charges. E. Spouses of women Resident or Resident Emeritus Members, Surviving male Spouses, and male Former Spouse Members shall be permitted to share a locker with a Resident or Resident Emeritus Member in the men’s locker room with permission of such Member and by paying half of the locker charges. F. A Member transferring to Non-Participating Member status shall relinquish his locker within 15 days of the date of Board approval of such change in status. [A Non-Participating Member may, if available, use a guest locker in the Men’s locker rooms on the main and basement levels of the Clubhouse on a day basis (and vacating the locker each day after use).] [A Non-participating Member [may/may not] be permitted to share a locker with a Resident or Resident Emeritus Member in the Men’s locker room on the main level with the permission of such Member and paying half of the locker charges.] Women’s Locker Room. A. Resident and Resident Emeritus female Members shall be given priority for locker use in the Women’s Locker Room. The rules set forth in paragraphs A, B and C above with respect to the Men’s Locker Room shall apply equally to the Women’s Locker Room. B. Spouses of Resident and Resident Emeritus male Members, Surviving Spouses, and Former Spouse Members who do not have a locker assigned to them may be permitted to reserve a locker if available. The reservation priority for available lockers shall be determined based upon the earliest date of the associated Member’s acceptance to membership in the Club. C. The rules applicable to spouses of Special Resident and Non-Participating Members described in paragraphs D and F above with respect to the Men’s Locker Room shall apply equally to the Women’s Locker Room. The COO shall decide all issues arising with respect to any locker room matters in a manner he deems fair and reasonable.
