GROUND RULES ARTICLE I General Rules

1. The care and management of the Golf Course shall be under the immediate supervision of the Head Golf Professional or Director of Grounds, including all matches and tournaments, except for the Hillsdilly, State, or National tournaments. All disputes shall be settled by the Head Golf Professional or their designee. Proper announcement of matches, tournaments, etc. will be made to the membership. 2. No game or contest of any character to which the public may be invited shall be held upon any part of the Club grounds without the previous permission of the Board of Directors. 3. All Members and their guests must register in the Golf Shop before starting play. 4. No outside golf events will be considered during the Golf Season, with the exception of the competitions conducted by established golf organizations as approved by the Board of Directors. Outside golf events will be considered at other times if the organization is an established non-profit golf organization that has substantial Member participation and sponsorship. 5. Green fees and cart fees shall be set by the Golf Advisory Team, with the approval of the Board of Directors, and shall be published annually and provided to all Members. 6. Member-sponsored tournaments may be held on the Par 3 course with the approval of the Golf Advisory Team. The sponsoring Member shall pay a fee as determined by the Board of Directors. In addition, applicable guest fees will be charged. Tournaments that do not reserve the entire Par 3 course will be charged applicable guest fees, but not the tournament fee if the tournament has less than 25 participants and does not utilize the entire course. 7. A Golf Club Services fee shall be determined annually by the Golf Advisory Team and announced to all Members. Only one set of clubs and bag is allowed per space in the Bag Room. This fee shall be payable by all members and their spouses who play golf, use the practice range, have a handicap, or store their clubs. 8. All Members and their spouses, children, or guests shall be prohibited from fishing anywhere on property. 9. Sons and daughters of Members are not eligible to play in any member event other than Junior Tournaments. 10. Sons or daughters of a member are considered Junior Children until they reach their 24th birthday, and then are considered to be guests and subject to all guest rules (except as otherwise provided herein). 11. No child under the age of eight years is to be on the championship golf course at any time for any purpose. ARTICLE I [45]
