Section 1 -- Rules of Golf.

1. All golf play shall be governed by the rules of the United States Golf Association, except as modified by the local rules of the Club. Local rules are printed on the back of the score cards or posted on the bulletin board. Each Member shall play in strict accordance with said rules. Any Member found to be in violation thereof may have his or her golfing privileges suspended by the Board of Directors. 2. Members and guests playing in handicap tournaments must have handicaps determined by the Colorado Golf Association or another recognized golf association. In the event a Member or guest does not have such a handicap, he or she may play with a handicap determined from at least five 18-hole rounds. The Head Golf Professional or their designee will determine the handicap. Section 2 -- Practicing. 1. Members on the practice range who hit errant shots onto University Blvd., Cherry Hills Drive, or into the Club’s parking lot are responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by these shots. 2. 1. Practicing of any kind is allowed only on the teeing area of the practice range, the putting green, chipping areas west of the putting green, and the Par 3 course.
