CHERRY HILLS COUNTRY CLUB season in order to permit all Members the opportunity to enjoy our fine course. ARTICLE III Caddies 1. The basic caddie fees shall be determined annually by the Golf Advisory Team and provided to every Member. 2. In general, players are not permitted to ask for particular caddies, but will be assigned caddies by the Caddie Manager. Players may request a particular class of caddie, subject to availability and prior arrangement. Provided, however, players may request a particular caddie in Club tournaments (which include the Eisenhower A/B Matches, Club Championships, Hillsdilly, Palmer Cup, Smith-Cole, or Special Invitational Tournaments) so long as the caddie is in Good Standing. “Good Standing” shall be determined by the Chairman of the Golf Advisory Team and the Tournament Chairman, with input from the Head Golf Professional and the Caddie Manager, taking into account such caddie’s performance evaluations and number of rounds worked, as well as other relevant factors. Outside caddies (including a Member’s child) are not considered to be in Good Standing, and may be used only by permission of these same persons and only if no other caddies in Good Standing are available. 3. No Member or their spouse is allowed to carry his or her own bag, unless after 2 p.m. On Friday-Sunday, all groups prior to 2:00 p.m. must include either walking caddies or a forecaddie. Any group that includes a guest is required to take either walking caddies or a forecaddie. Men’s Club events require at least a forecaddie in team competitions. Upon booking a tee time, caddies can be requested via ForeTees or by contacting the Golf Shop. If a Member or a Member’s spouse violates these rules, the Member shall be subject to disciplinary action. Subsequent violations shall subject the offending Member to discipline in accordance with the Club’s Bylaws. 4. Junior Children of Members 18 years of age or younger cannot be assigned a Caddie, and must take a golf cart or carry their own clubs. ARTICLE IV Guests 1.
