7. Guests must play the Championship Golf Course with a Member or Member’s spouse, or a member of the Golf Staff unless otherwise authorized by the Director of Golf. 8. Junior guests may play the Par 3 course or use the practice facilities other than the practice range when accompanied by junior children of Members. Junior guests may not use the practice range unless accompanied by a Member or Member’s spouse. 9. Guests must observe all House and Ground Rules. 10. Guests shall not be permitted to play unless they take a cart or caddie. In groups with two guests or more they must take a forecaddie when using a cart, depending on availability. Any violation of this rule shall require an appearance by the Member before the Golf Advisory Team and the determination of an appropriate fine or other sanction. 11. The Golf Advisory Team may authorize the COO and the Golf Professional to extend the courtesy of playing and to request issuance of guest cards in certain special situations. ARTICLE V Non-Resident Members 1. Non-Resident Members must register in Golf Shop prior to playing golf. 2. Each Non-Resident Member shall be entitled to a maximum of 16 rounds of golf in each fiscal year, whether played by him or her or played by a member of his or her immediate family. After 16 rounds of golf in each fiscal year played by a Non- Resident Member or by a member of his or her immediate family, no further rounds of golf may be played in that fiscal year, including playing as a guest of another Member. The maximum number of rounds shall not include Directors’ Day, if the Non-Resident is a former director. ARTICLE VI Golf Carts 1. Golf carts shall be used at all times in such a manner as to not damage or destroy the golf course. 2. Golf carts MUST be kept on cart paths at ALL times on the first hole. Thereafter,
