[59] 26. Once the Golf Shop sounds the siren warning of the threat of lightning, all Members and guests are required to exit the Swimming Pool and surrounding deck and seek shelter IMMEDIATELY. The Pool will remain closed until the Golf Shop is notified by the weather service that the lightning risk has subsided and informs the co-workers at the Pool. Lifeguards, in consultation with the Pool Supervisor on duty, may also exercise their judgment in evaluating visual sightings of lightning or severe weather, and may also choose to temporarily close the Pool and ask Members and their guests to clear the Swimming Pool and the surrounding deck and seek shelter. ARTICLE X Swimming Pool Guest Rules 1. Guests: ARTICLE X scheduled. 22. The use of cell phones (as defined above) by Members and guests at the pool facilities is strictly prohibited, except that cell phones may be used for the silent receipt and transmission of emails, text messages, and other electronic information. Any audible use of cell phones (talking, ring tones, or other sounds) will result in a warning or fine for the Member. 23. The Locker Fee shall be $30.00 per season. 24. Playground Rules (a) Sand and/or loose fill materials are not to be thrown or moved outside of their designated areas. (b) No food or beverage of any kind is allowed anywhere in the playground area. (c) The sand area is intended for the youngest children and therefore older children (6 and older) should restrict their use of the sand preferentially in favor of the younger children. (d) Towels are not to be used in the sand area. (e) Every effort should be made to wash/wipe sand from the body and clothes when exiting the sand area. (f) Management reserves the right to close the sand box based on weather and other conditions. (g) No cups or utensils from the Poolside Café are allowed in the sandbox. (h) No water may be brought into the sandbox.
