(c) are NOT allowed on Holidays, until after 3:00 p.m., unless they are Non- Resident House Guests (defined as living 70 or more air miles from the Club) or part of the immediate family, which includes parents, children, and grandchildren of a Member. Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. (a) have pool use privileges without charge but must be accompanied by their Grandparent. (b) may not be in the supervision of nanny/sitter. (c) who are over the age of 24, are considered guests and are not entitled to pool privileges unless accompanied by the appropriate sponsor of the Member’s family. (d) are not entitled to invite guests to use the pool facility. (a) who are 10 years old or older may sponsor one guest who is at least 10 years old. Children 12-15 may introduce up to two guests and children 16-23 may introduce up to 3 guests. (b) who are over the age of 24, are considered guests and are not entitled to pool privileges unless accompanied by someone from the Member’s immediate family. (a) are considered guests but may accompany their children to lessons or practice without paying a guest fee. (b) are not authorized to invite guests. (c) may not use other Club facilities without the Member or spouse being present. (d) may only remain at the pool and/or use any Club facilities after staff supervised programs for up to 1 hour unless accompanied by the appropriate sponsor of the Member’s family and a guest fee is paid. (e) may not be named as nannies or babysitters unless approved by the Aquatics [60] ARTICLE X GROUND RULES
