(d) may only remain at the pool and/or use any Club facilities after staff supervised programs for up to 1 hour unless accompanied by the appropriate sponsor of the Member’s family and a guest fee is paid. (e) may not be named as nannies or babysitters unless approved by the Aquatics Advisory Team under special circumstances (e.g., health restrictions of the grandparent). 5. A Member’s employee (e.g., caregiver, nanny/sitter) who is on duty shall be permitted access to the swimming pool facilities without a guest fee provided that: (a) The Member has registered the employee with the Pool Manager (there is no limit to the number of nannies that can be registered). (b) The employee’s use of the pool is limited to that reasonably necessary to effectively discharge duties (e.g., babysitters may assist small children in the pool but may not swim laps). 6. Private parties must be reserved through the Director of Catering in advance as follows: (a) If the party has more than 25 swimmers: i. The party must be approved by the Aquatics Advisory Team, in consultation with the Director of Clubhouse Operations.

ii. Guest fees of $5 per non-member are applied to every guest. iii. Other applicable fees include but are not limited to $20 per hour per lifeguard, and housekeeping or other staff fees, as well as any food and beverage related fees. i. The pool may be reserved at any convenient normal operating time that doesn’t inhibit pool operations. ii. More than 25 guests may attend the party if they are not swimming, but the total number may not exceed 40 guests. iii. Guest fees of $5 per non-member are applied to every guest.
