Lives outside the U.S. Has tourist status only (B-1/B-2 visa) Does not have a valid SSN or ITIN Name or date of birth does not exactly match government ID Phone number is invalid or unreachable Required documents are unclear, missing, or expired (visa/EAD card, photo ID, selfie)
Clients with only an ITIN or SSN/ITIN and EAD
Age is not 25-60 Household income is under $40,000/year Less than 18 months U.S. residency No U.S. doctor visit in past 18 months Plans to permanently move abroad within 2 year
