payment is required within 30 days of invoice date. Why not look to pay for your BIFA Membership via direct debit? If you don’t already use this payment method, it is worth considering, as we allow you to spread your subscription over two equal payments each year, which may help cashflow (50% in January and 50% in July). Should this be of interest to you, please contact Sarah Milton at s.milton@bifa.org who will be able to facilitate this payment method for you. Please note: The option to pay your 2026 subscription fee via direct debit will need to be arranged directly with Sarah Milton prior to the January renewal (no later than 15 December 2025). N ow begins the renewal of BIFA Membership for 2026. Mid-November, you will receive a request for your BIFA Annual Member Company Declaration which will be sent electronically to all Members. This will be followed by your subscription invoice (also electronically) in early January 2026. BIFA Annual Member Company Declarations In November we will distribute the Company Declaration to all BIFA Members. This self-declaration is an important document which
confirms to BIFA that you continue to meet the criteria set for BIFA Membership. This document also includes your existing subscription category, and it is important that you review this to re fl ect your current situation and inform BIFA of any changes to the category for your subscription. Important: Company Declarations must be returned no later than 15 December 2025. 2026 Membership Renewal Subscription Invoice Invoices will be issued to all Members electronically in early January for those who pay their subscription annually. For Members who pay by direct debit, invoices will be sent electronically 5-10 days prior to the direct debit being applied for in mid-January and mid-July each year.
