Michael Fried, CPM, Property Manager, Boston Properties is in line to serve as New Jersey Chapter’s 2014 President. Fried has ten years experience in property management, seven of which have been spent overseeing Class A office. Michael graduated from Farleigh Dickenson University, earning a degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance. He achieved the CPM designation in 2010 and also holds a New Jersey real estate sales license. Fried has served Chapter No 1 in various officer and committee positions and was awarded CPM Candidate of the Year in 2009, the same year he was selected as one of the Journal of Property Management’s “30 under 30” honorees. An active volunteer for the Red Cross, Fried hosts yearly blood drives for his community. Ingo S. Kraus, MBA, CPM®, Principal/Consultant for Real Estate Financial Services , a real estate consulting enterprise, has over 32 years of experience, having provided services for financial institutions, real estate developers, investors and government entities. Kraus holds B.S. and MBA degrees from LaSalle University. Currently serving a second term in 2013 as President-Elect for IREM’s Delaware Valley Chapter No. 3, Ingo has been a member since 2001, serving as Secretary/ Treasurer (2011). He has also served as Income/Expense Chairperson for the three past years, earning IREM’s Income/Expense Promotion Award for Large Chapters. Ingo was awarded 2009 CPM Candidate of the Year Award, in 2010, he received the Altman Legacy of a Leader Award. In 2011, he was selected as CPM® of the Year. On a national level, he served as 2012 Deputy Chair for the Income/Expense Advisory Board and continues as its Chair for 2013. During his “spare time,” Ingo volunteers as Head Coach for a high-level travel soccer team in Bucks County. Sandra Walden, CPM, Property Management Director for the Diocesan Housing Services Corporation (DHSC) of the Diocese of Camden, Inc. As Property Management Director for DHSC Sandra is responsible for overseeing the 780 units located within the throughout the lower six counties of New Jersey. Walden has 15 + years of experience working in the affordable housing field as a Project Development Manager and Property Management Director. Sandra holds a NJ Real Estate license and the CPO designation earned through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. She is President-Elect of Chapter No 101, currentyly serves as an Executive Committee member and is part of the Legislation committee for IREM’s Southern New Jersey Chapter No. 101. Walden recently received the 2012 CPM of the Year Award. Sandra manages to find time to facilitate Home Ownership and Financial Literacy classes in the evenings.
