About the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journals “Best of 2012” spotlight: This was a juried competition of sub- missions and nominations from our readership. Winners were selected based on the size of the deal or project submitted. Within each category, a large, mid and small size company was honored. To qualify, projects or firms must be located in the Mid-Atlantic region, specifically the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and Maryland. The Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal is not responsible for inaccurate submissions.
