The MIM-Hayden Real Estate Fund I, LP acquired Five Tower Bridge in partnership with Boston-based The Davis Companies in January 2012. It sold less than two months after coming on the market. The building com- mands $35 per square foot in rent, one of the highest in the Philadelphia suburbs and a level realized by very few other suburban office properties. Five Tower sits along the Schuylkill riverfront in West Conshohocken and is universally regarded as one of the premier office towers in the Philadelphia Suburbs.
