Dietrick served as the primary consultant for Grist Mill Development Company, LLC, in the disposition of a $15.2 million portfolio of student-housing near Lehigh University on Bethlehem’s South Side. The 50-building portfo- lio, comprised of 108 units with a total of 394 beds, primarily serves the students of the surrounding area.
