Originally built in the early 1970s, the Hyde Park Mall is adjacent to President Franklin Roosevelt’s Home and Museum in historic Hyde Park, NY. In fact, one of the Roosevelt brothers owned the Hyde Park Mall property at one time. This 130,000 s/f community shopping center was renovated extensively including new pylon sign, new pav- ing, curbing, landscaping, parking lot redesign, sidewalks, roof, façade, etc. Stop and Shop built a new space for their store of about 55,000 s/f. This brand new, state of the art Stop and Shop has a wireless café, various gourmet depart- ments and includes state of the art energy saving systems. Other tenants include Dollar Tree, Radio Shack, and 5 other tenants. Prime space is available for immediate occupancy. Spaces range from 2,000 s/f – 20,000 s/f.

Built in 1914 and named for Revolutionary War financier Robert Morris, this 14-story renovation project required working with state and national agencies to preserve and re- store historic details like the white terracotta façade, domed ceiling lobby, marble staircases and terrazzo floors. The original mail chute and replicas of the original entry doors were incorporated into the finished product. Renamed The Arch, the building has 111 luxury apartments and penthous- es with smart wiring, in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets, individual climate control, and European-style kitchens. There is a resident’s lounge, a state-of-the-art fit- ness center and a media room with stadium seating.

The redevelopment project involves a benchmark in- dustrial-to-residential adaptive reuse of the 115-year- old former General Electric Company property that signals Garden State Parkway Exit 148 for millions of New Jersey travelers each year. Parkway Lofts is on track to welcome its first renters in Fall 2013. The General Electric Company in 1897 built the landmark, six-story warehouse that Prism is redeveloping into 365 loft-style apartments catering to the region’s un- derserved middle-market renters.
