More than 100,000 professionals participated in the 2013 survey, including property owners, investors, lenders, occupiers, brokers and property managers. CBRE was also the highest-ranked commer- cial real estate services and investment com- pany on the annual Most Admired Companies list compiled by Fortune magazine. This is the third year in a row CBRE has held that posi- tion. This year we moved up two spots to #3 in the real estate category with a composite score of 6.25. It’s no easy task to maintain a sense of con- nection among three disparate offices and 90+ employees and salespeople. One of things that makes Fameco such a great place to work is its ability to do just that. Maintaining a seamless service delivery platform across all offices is challenging, but it’s doable. Ensuring consistent graphics standards across 3 offices isn’t simple, but it’s manageable. Going beyond these obvious yet critical keystones of any successful company, is Fameco’s ability to ensure that its people are connected. We want each other to know that we are supportive of each other and that we mean more to each other than people with whom we share an office. Hurricane Sandy, as life altering it was to many, it did not personally devastate many Fameconians. It did, however, affect one Fameconian and her community immensely. Seeing a need and a desire to assist, Fameco rallied the troops and within days had amassed enough clothing and provisions to fill three large vans to the brim. Over the course of the next few weeks, various Fameconians delivered the donations to in this devastated seaside community. The outpouring of support was tremendous.
