It’s no easy task to maintain a sense of con- nection among three disparate offices and 90+ employees and salespeople. One of things that makes Fameco such a great place to work is its ability to do just that. Maintaining a seamless service delivery platform across all offices is challenging, but it’s doable. Ensuring consistent graphics standards across 3 offices isn’t simple, but it’s manageable. Going beyond these obvious yet critical keystones of any successful company, is Fameco’s ability to ensure that its people are connected. Hurricane Sandy, as life altering it was to many, it did not personally devastate many Fameconians. It did, however, affect one Fameconian and her community immensely.
