Even before her work with Adduco, Prazych was no stranger to the manufacturing space. In addition to writ- ing occasional articles for BCN, she also worked in the staffing industry for six years. On the recruiting side, she filled roles for general ware- house and manufacturing facilities and conducted on-site safety train- ings.
