Previous Experience
1. Experience of working in a similar role including managing and leadin maintenance, defect repairs and minor projects 2. Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems 3. Proven work experience of having worked within the building services 4. A recognized apprentice background and/or demonstrable experienc 5.
