SAMPLE WILL/ESTATE LANGUAGE For a restricted gift that allows the University of North Texas to use funds to preserve your particular purpose within the College of Music, you could insert the following one sentence into your will and/or trust: "I give to University of North Texas Foundation, a nonprofit corporation currently located at 1155 Union Circle #311250, Denton, TX, 76203-5017, or its successor thereto, $30,000 dollars to support The Mary Ann and Larry L. Klein Endowed Music Scholarship."
