Celebrating Culture and Creativity Winter saw the Manor buzzing with artistic energy. Residents prepared vibrant artwork for the Ekka competition, featuring circus-themed costume guessing games and impressive balloon flower crafting. The creativity didn’t stop there — NAIDOC Week brought hands-on cultural expression as residents decorated barramundi using recycled buttons, aligning with this year’s environmental focus. Adding sparkle to the season, Betty’s diamond dot card-making brought both therapeutic value and joy. Her handmade cards raised funds for community raffles, all while supporting residents who couldn’t get to a newsagent — a truly selfless act.
