Lifestyle has been very busy putting together the next three months of programs, and we're excited to share what's coming! We're introducing some new activities to keep things fresh and fun:
Men's Craft Group - already underway and producing some great creations. Ladies' Afternoon Craft Sessions - starting soon, with the goal of making beautiful handmade gifts for Christmas. Betty's Christmas Cards - always a resident favourite and sure to spread holiday cheer. As the weather warms up, our slushie machine will be back in action, keeping everyone cool with icy, refreshing drinks throughout summer. We're also rolling out a new 1-on-1 program for residents who prefer not to join group activities but still enjoy personal time and companionship. This time of year, is always one of Lifestyle's favourites. From the spookiness of Halloween to the fun and fashion of Melbourne Cup Day, right through to the magic of Christmas-it's a season full of joy. Each year we transform the activity room into a Winter Wonderland. Watching residents light up as they get their photo taken in front of the Christmas display is truly priceless. There's so much to look forward to-so watch this space as the next three months unfold!
