Practical experience of developing and delivering a strategic approach to service delivery leading on plans for operational improvement. Extensive experience of delivery and achievement at senior management level meeting strategic goals on time and within budget. Experience of assessing services to ensure that they respond to and deliver to the overall organisational aims. Proven ability to understand complex organisations and discern, and react appropriately to, political and commercial influences so far as they impinge on the planning and delivery of services. Demonstrable experience of implementing change to bring about better performance on sustainability in hard facilities management functions. Practical and well used negotiation skills in an HR setting. Be available out of hours for support, advice, including attendance on site in the case of emergency.
