New "Golfers' Posture" Seminar

Sunday, 9 June at 1:00 & 2:30 PM | GX Studio $20 per person

Poor posture can be a big problem for a golfer. Rounded shoulders and a forward head position limit the ability to efficiently rotate through the thoracic spine (upper back) which hampers the ability to achieve a good backswing and follow through. This class will provide a framework for a corrective exercise program to improve flexibility of the thoracic spine. Denny Pinch, certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and golf fitness specialist, will instruct.
