The 446 detached listings in North Vancouver in June 2019 were 7% lower vs May and 12% below June 2018. The 82 detached sales in June were down by 22% compared to the previous month but were 4% above June of last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 18%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment transitioned to a balanced market. The detached benchmark price in June was $1.53M—1.1% above May but 9% below last year. The average sold price was $1.69M in June, virtually unchanged month-over-month and down 12% year-over-year.
