The number of condo listings in North Vancouver dipped to 425 in June, 4% lower month-over-month but 81% above June 2018. Condo sales decreased to 87, a decline of 18% month-over-month but up 10% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 20%, as the condo market for North Vancouver transitioned to balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $552,400, was 0.8% lower vs last month and 10% lower year-over-year. The average sold price of $656,563 was down 1.4% vs May, while at $777 the average PSF sales price increased by 2% month-over-month.
