The number of townhome listings in Richmond rose to 477 in June, 3% above the previous month and a 54% increase vs June 2018. The 60 townhome sales in June were 6 above May but 4 below last year. The townhome sales-to-listings ratio increased to 13%, as Richmond’s townhome market remained in balanced market territory. The benchmark price for townhomes in June was $779,200, virtually unchanged from May and 9% lower than in June 2018. The average sold price was $746,926 (9% below May) with an average PSF sales price of $534 (unchanged from May).
