The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes dipped to 33%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market continued to favour sellers. The townhome benchmark price in June was $861,500, 1.4% below May and 10% lower year-over-year. June’s average sold price of $862,759 was 3% below last month, while the average PSF sales price was $728 (up 5% vs last month).
