Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,660 in June 2019, 6% below May but 29% higher than in June 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were down by 23% in June (to 254), with month-over-month sales decreas- ing by 21%. Decreasing to 15%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in balanced market territory. June’s condo benchmark price of $744,300 was 1.9% lower month-over-month and was 12% below June 2018. The average sold price was $867,924 at an average PSF sales price of $983 (up 0.9% and down 1.8%, respectively, month-over-month).
