The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area increased to 1,471 in June, 2% below last month but 23% higher than last year. At 326, townhome sales were down 20% vs May and 10% below last year. The sales-to-listings ratio, at 22%, remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in June was $525,200, 0.5% above last month but 6% below last year. The average sold price was 0.5% higher between May and June, at $575,955, while the average PSF sales price was virtually unchanged (at $366).
