The number of condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area were 1,631 in June, 6% below last month but up 34% vs last year. At 329, condo sales were 17% lower in June than in May and 16% below June 2018. Decreasing to 20%, the board area’s condo sales-to- listings ratio reflected balanced market conditions. The condo benchmark price in June was $409,800, 1.7% below May and 10% lower than in June 2018. The average sold price was $390,220 (1.3% below May), while the average PSF sales price was $431 (4% below May).
