Condo listings in Surrey decreased to 791 in June 2019, 6% below May but 39% higher than in June 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were down 26% in June (to 143) and were 25% lower month-over-month. The sales-to-listings ratio fell to 18%, as Surrey’s condo market transitioned to balanced market territory. June’s condo benchmark price of $423,600 was 2% below May and 11% lower than in June 2018. The average sold price was $401,964 at an aver- age PSF sales price of $473 (up 2% and virtually unchanged, respectively, from May).
