At 272, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 6% lower in June than in May but 17% above June 2018. Townhome sales, at 74, were down by 11 vs May and unchanged vs last June. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 27% in June, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in June was $498,600, virtu- ally unchanged from last month and 6% below last year. The average sold price was $571,258, while the average PSF sales price was $375 (down 2% and 1.6%, respectively, from last month).
