Provide minimum experience required for property managers We require at least a CMCA or CCAM Designation . 7. What continuing education is provided to managers and other staff members? Maintaining our National and state designations require continuing education. We are constantly attending education seminars, legislative updates and participate in the Community Association Institute, who are the national leaders in Association Management education and law. 8. Are your employees bonded? What level? We have a 1-million-dollar Fidelity Bond . 9. Please describe your mechanism for logging, tracking and responding to concerns from the board or from the homeowners We utilize the Appfolio software system. Every Owner request is logged and tracked. Our software allows us to email and text an owner right from the app and tracks every item throughout each step until completion. Similar to other community management platforms, but much more robust, user friendly, and all inclusive . 10. Describe your experience managing properties on leased tribal land. Having managed several communities in the Coachella Valley with leased land, our staff has a vast knowledge in land lease contracts and accounting. 11. Describe your experience with tribal land lease extensions. Participated in the facilitation of the land lease extension for Village Racquet Club. 12. Describe your experience working with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Agua Caliente Band of the Cahuilla Indians. In dealing with the land lease extension, and billing issues associated with that, developed a good working relationship with the BIA. 13.
