1. Setup charges Setup fee waived. 2. What are minimum monthly service fees N/A 3. What are optional services and corresponding fees See Schedule of Fees 4. What are collection fees. These would be attorney’s fees . 5. What are late fees. Board of Directors would establish late fees based on current law. 6. Cost for resale certificate Cost for transfers. We charge $200 for Transfer and $200 Disclosure Fees. 7. Cost for website management fees Cost for board packet preparation No charge. 8. Costs for printing and mailing letter, flyer, and postcard. See schedule of Fees for postage and printing. 9. Are office supplies, copies, postage, and other such materials charged on an 'as used' basis, percentage of contract amount, or per lot basis? The postage and printing materials are charged on an “as used” basis. We can also enter into an all-inclusive contract if that is preferred by the Board. 10. Provide a detailed list of any and all additional charges which have not already been provided herein. Do you receive financial incentives from contractors? All charges additional to our Management contract are listed on the Schedule of Fees. We never receive a financial incentive from a contractor as that would violate our Professional Code of Ethics.
