COMPENSATION OF AGENT AND PAYMENT OF EXPENSES
A. The Association shall pay Management a monthly fee of $ 3,625.00. The fee shall be payable by Association to Management not later than the first day of each month for services performed under this Agreement during the month. B. All expenses incurred by Management, including postage, printing, copies, telephone charges, document preparation and such other charges as appropriate, shall be paid by the Association upon presentation and approval in accordance with the Exhibit A - Schedule of Services and Supply Rates. C. Any additional charges for services not described hereinabove, such as insurance claim processing, specific contract oversight, and lawsuit issues, as approved by the Board of Directors, shall be billed as set forth in Exhibit B, attached.
D. Should there be changes in the civil code or other factors causing an increase in workload this contract shall be subject to adjustment mutually agreed upon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement the day and year first written.
