Association Vendors

Each of our certified managers is proficient in negotiating with contractors and capable of assisting the Board in the preparation of RFP's for the services required by the community. Each is also able to distinguish between routine service contracts and those that should be reviewed by the Association's legal counsel. Our extensive data base of vendors provides for multiple competitive bids from the desert's finest contractors. We also internally track vendor license and insurance certifications.

Business Hours

Our corporate office is located at 68-950 Adelina Rd. in Cathedral City. Our typical office hours are Monday — Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Records /Document retention

Our office will retain those documents required by civil code electronically. All financial information and reports, incoming and outgoing correspondence, contracts, minutes, proposals, etc, as well as all original invoices are scanned and stored on our server. At year end the information is burned to a CD for archiving. Our server is backed up in three locations nightly. Two are offsite "cloud" backups and one is a tape backup done in our office.
