C3 is a Microsoft SQL based data base system that provides everything necessary to manage an association such as; ownership & ownership changes, tenant information, billing transactions, covenant violations and status, architectural review requests and status, general ledger, collection activity status, work order request and status, and more.
Dedicated Community Website
Each of our associations receives their very own ‘MySeabreeze’ community website; something Seabreeze does uniquely in order to provide unparalleled customer care. MySeabreeze is a full-service portal for homeowners to access important information about their individual account and the association as a whole. Homeowners can login to view their account history, make last-minute online payments using credit card or e-check, make customer service requests with ease, and much more. For added insight and transparency for our board members, the ‘Board Portal’ is an extension of the MySeabreeze website we provide to each of our associations at no cost. The Board Portal allows Board Members access to see violation reports, homeowner requests, and current association financial information. MySeabreeze and C3 communicate daily, to ensure the information being accessed is accurate and up to date.
